CAWAAL Development is a project oriented organization offering social development solutions with a global perspective. We focus on development tourism which covers international volunteer exchange programs, cultural exchange visits and logistical support to donor project monitoring & evaluation. Our programs aim at integrating sustainable development and cultural awareness. The Projects & Development Partners will work with proven network of partners, local and international associates in the field of sustainable community development and cultural exchange aiming to provide reliable logistical support services to its clientele.
CAWAAL also offers advisory and consultancy services in the area of social development, intern recruitment and placement for community-based organizations, management of overseas volunteer programs, grant management advisory, and project monitoring/evaluation support services. The Projects and Development Partners undertakes management and technical advisory services for a wide range of clients with a keen focus on development projects and grassroots organizations in Kenya.

Our mission is to provide a world class delivery of services that will attract, empower and foster sustainable partnership to development work in Africa. Through facilitation of international volunteers will contribute to community development and learn from exchange of cultural experiences that will bridge and foster mutual friendship between the two communities. As part of empowering global society we give advisory and consultancy services in the area of organizational/social development together with appropriate logistical support during project reviews that will enable the aid agencies to do independent monitoring and evaluation. We see this as a link to a sustainable empowered and developed global society.
